Head of NZX Wealth Technologies
Lisa joined NZX in November 2016 as Head of Business Services. Lisa was appointed as Head of NZX Wealth Technologies in May 2017.
Lisa is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years' experience in New Zealand's financial services across investments, insurance and banking. Much of Lisa's career was spent with the ASB Bank and life insurer, Sovereign where she held senior leadership roles in finance, investments and distribution. Lisa started her career as an auditor with PwC.
Married to Neil, Lisa enjoys yoga and spending leisure time with family, friends and her two cats.
Head of PMO
Dan joined NZX Wealth Technologies in September 2017. Dan leads the Programme Management Office with direct oversight of all projects, including governance standards and processes, progress reporting, coordination of resources, financial planning and reporting and benefit tracking.
Dan is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Master (PSM) with more than 20 years' experience planning and coordinating all aspects of project driven change initiatives in the financial services industry.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury and a Graduate Diploma in Business and Master of Management from the University of Auckland.
In his spare time Dan likes to play golf and is an avid fan of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Head of Risk & Compliance
Jen joined NZX Wealth Technologies in October 2017 to lead the risk and compliance function. Jen has more than 20 years of experience working in the platform industry at ASB Bank and Aegis where she held various manager and senior management roles. Prior to Aegis, Jen was involved with developing the wrap platform offered by Trustee Executors.
Married to Des, Jen spends her spare time bringing up two boys and enjoying the sporting activities they are all involved with which includes anything from mountain bike riding to beach activities.
Head of IT
Lee spearheads the development of NZX Wealth Technologies' online wrap platform with almost 20 years of commercial software development experience in the banking and investment sectors.
Prior to joining NZX, Lee worked as a software engineer in the United Kingdom and Australia as a lead software architect, technical lead and development management.
Lee has degrees in Computer Science and Psychology from Massey University and qualifications in software development and psychometric testing.
In his down time Lee studies artificial intelligence and neuroscience, and relaxes with a deterministic strategy game or a good book - all while bringing up a young family.
Head of Product Strategy
Martin works with our current and prospective clients to develop our product offering. Martin has 25 years' experience in the investment and treasury industry, with the last 15 years spent designing and building wrap platforms for the New Zealand market.
Prior to this, Martin was based in the United Kingdom working in business analysis roles on treasury derivatives systems. He was also a money market trader in New Zealand.
Martin has a degree in economics from the University of Auckland. Martin is an avid sports lover and spends much of his spare time riding horses, playing golf or cricket, or enjoying watching his sons play sport.
Head of Business Analysis
Michael joined NZX Wealth Technologies in September 2017 to lead the business analysis team.
Michael has 20 years' experience in a variety of wealth, investments and banking roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Canterbury.
In his downtime Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and loves to explore and experience New Zealand’s coastlines and marine environment.
Head of Operations
Wendy heads the operations team at NZX Wealth Technologies managing the client, investor, partner and share-broking counterparty teams.
Prior to joining NZX Wealth Technologies, Wendy was Head of Aegis for four years and Head of Operations for eight. Wendy has also worked in the financial planning sector.
Married to Pete, Wendy enjoys travelling the world and supporting New Zealand's sporting teams.
Mark is a director of the NZX Wealth Technologies Limited and Smartshares Limited, and CEO of NZX.
Mark has previously worked in a number of senior finance roles including Managing Director ANZ Securities. He has held executive roles with FNZC and The National Bank of NZ, and ANZ Institutional Bank. He is a former Chairman of the NZ Securities Industry Association.
Graham joined NZX in November 2017. He has considerable experience working across the financial and professional service sectors in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
Graham previously worked as Head of Finance at ACC, and prior to this was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at AMP Capital Limited.
Graham brings expertise in strategic leadership, corporate governance, and risk and financial management.
Richard is a director of NZX Wealth Technologies. He also sits on the board of NZX Limited.
Richard has spent more than 28 years working in the financial services sector, including 17 years at FNZC where he held several executive roles, such as Managing Director, Head of Compliance.
Prior to this Richard spent seven years as an inspector for the Securities & Futures Authority in London.
Richard is an independent director of Forsyth Barr Custodians Limited and Forsyth Barr Cash Management Nominees Limited, and a member of the GRC (Governance Risk Compliance) Institute and the Institute of Directors.
